High lights about our privacy practice: * We don’t track your usage of the app, there are no cookies, advertisements, analytics. * We design our app can be used anonymously, we do not ask any email, phone or personal information to use our app. * We do not (and will never) sell or share any of the data submitted directly or indirectly by our users with any person or entity. It is our primary goal to store only the absolute minimum of information for the shortest possible time (“Privacy by Design”). In addition to using state-of-the-art encryption methods, we take all necessary technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized data access and misuse. General Information The BorgLens app (hereinafter referred to as BorgLens) was developed in order to work on device only. It is therefore not absolutely necessary to indicate personal data to use the app. BorgLens design be used without providing any personal data. By using the app, you agree to the collection, processing and use of data as described below. BorgLens stores all data encrypted and solely on the device, utilizing the operating system's built-in data protection mechanisms. Repository-related data, such as repository URL, passphrase, and SSH keys, are further encrypted and securely stored in the device's Keychain, ensuring maximum security and privacy. 2. Purpose of Data Processing BorgLens does not have any server to collect any data. 3. Scope and Duration of Data Processing 3.1 Personal Data No personal data is collected from BorgLens app. 3.2. Usage Data No usage data is collected from BorgLens app. 3.3. Crash Reports For released version, BorgLens does not collect any crash report. For TestFlight builds, in order to improve the stability and reliability of the app, BorgLens relies on anonymous crash report from TestFlight to improve product quality. 4. Data Processed by Third Parties BorgLens does not pass on any data to third parties, is completely free of advertising and does not use analytics software to monitor user behavior. However, some functionalities can only be provided by using external data sources, frameworks or operating system services, which in turn process data and are subject to a separate privacy policy. We don’t have such functionalities yet. 5. Right to Information, Correction and Deletion BorgLens store your data on your device only. You have the right to check information about your personal data stored by BorgLens at any time. Likewise, you have the right to delete your personal data.
